Without prior requests for service, it is recommended to visit museums in small visitor groups (up to 10 people). If customers want to visit museums in larger groups (above 10 people), it is recommended that they apply for a visit to the museum by contacting the representative of the museum by telephone number indicated or by applying for the service to the specified e-mail address.
If the customer wishes to receive services related to the use of the museum stock for publications, a service contract shall be concluded before the service is provided with the client, by mutual agreement, specifying the type, responsibilities, liability and method of payment of the service.
1. prepayment (invoice) (bank, internet banking, Latvian mail);
2. on-site cash settlements (ticket, firm accounting receipt).
In the case of educational lectures, counselling, guidance services for the management of thematic measures, as well as the use of museum stocks for publications, payment shall be made in cash in accordance with the receipt of firm accounting transactions issued to the client or, on account of a transfer to the bank, by way of payment prior to receipt of the services.
Receipt of services
The service customer receives the service after the payment made by agreeing on the time the service was received.
For children of pre-school age, accompanying educators, orphans, children left without parental care and clients of long-term social care and social rehabilitation institutions, upon presentation of the relevant document, museum exposure and exhibition inspection services shall be free of charge.
